1. Sample Orders
- All sample orders must be paid in advance, including shipping and handling charges.
- Samples are typically produced within 14 business days, but timelines may vary depending on the design, quantity, and sizes requested.
2. Order Policies
- All prices are quoted Ex-Works Sialkot, Pakistan. Freight, shipping, and handling charges depend on order volume and destination.
- The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per style, with mixed sizes and colors allowed.
- Orders can be placed using our listed articles or through custom designs provided by the client.
- Client-provided designs, patterns, or concepts are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared or reproduced for any other party.
3. Payment Policies
- Our standard payment terms are Advance Payment or Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight.
- Orders valued below USD 3,000 require full advance payment to minimize transaction costs and delays.
- Production begins only after payment confirmation.
4. Client Privacy & Confidentiality
- We respect and protect the intellectual property and design ownership of our clients.
- Customers may provide master samples, sketches, or drawings, and we will manufacture products in accordance with those specifications.
- A written exclusivity agreement can be arranged for clients who wish to protect their designs from being produced or sold to others.
5. Warranty Policy
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- In case of a valid claim, products will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by shipping and handling.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Goods are typically shipped via courier or air freight, depending on order size and destination.
- Transit times vary by region and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on volume, weight, and delivery location.
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched.
